Conquest Racing Ltd is proud to be the longest-serving official UK dealer for SC Project Exhausts.

 

SC-Project is the leading company in the development, design, and production of exhaust systems for both racing and road motorcycles.

Established in 2006, SC-Project’s mission has always been to showcase the excellence of “Made in Italy” products worldwide. Our products are distinguished by the use of top-quality materials, advanced technologies, innovative design, and continuous research.

Our headquarters are in Cassinetta di Lugagnano, in the Milan metropolitan area, and are close to Malpensa Airport. The facility comprises four adjacent buildings (three interconnected) covering over 15,000 square meters, with 8,000 square meters of indoor space.

We employ more than 100 people, including engineers, technicians, administrators, and skilled workers.

SC-Project products are distributed globally.

Exhaust systems for motorcycles

Our exhaust systems are divided into two main categories: road-approved (Euro3, Euro4, Euro5, and Euro5+) and racing-only.

For road-approved products, our technical department’s engineers manage the entire homologation process in-house. Each silencer must strictly comply with homologation standards and undergo phonometric tests, performance bench tests, and emission controls before being homologated. For this process, we rely on TÜV SÜD Italia.

Racing exhaust systems are fully developed by our engineers in the racing department. The expertise gained from competing in the world’s most demanding races is applied directly to these products, ensuring maximum performance.

Every SC-Project silencer is distinguished by uncompromising quality and top-level performance.

 

R&D Department

The R&D department oversees design, material selection, and the pursuit of the most innovative technologies to ensure our product remains at the forefront. Every shape, colour, material, position, and solution is created precisely in the style of the bike for which it is intended. We utilise CAD/CAM and 3D modelling software, rapid prototyping tools, and 3D printing to achieve maximum precision in every project. Nothing is left to chance. Each product is crafted with a specific SC-Project DNA. Our research intensifies as we work to unite design and performance in a single, uncompromising product.

 

Racing Department

The Racing Department occupies an area of over 700 square meters within the company, where our engineers have always collaborated closely with top technicians from leading international competition teams. This ongoing, reciprocal exchange of information and technology enables us to incorporate racing expertise into the models we develop for private customers. We handle exhaust system development in-house, conducting extensive bench testing and experimenting with various materials and models to maximise performance gains.

Production Technologies and Materials

SC-Project’s goal is to maintain the highest level of excellence in the study, design, and industrialisation of motorcycle exhaust systems for both road and racing applications.

The company is among the most advanced in the sector, always seeking perfection in every aspect. We use premium materials such as titanium, Inconel, and carbon fibre, and employ superior welding techniques like TIG and MIG. Our commitment to innovation is evident in our continuously updated equipment, including 3D laser cutting, automated electric tube benders with controlled axes, CNC machining centres, metal micro shot peening machines, various CNC laser marking stations, and an in-house painting booth.
