Who are we?

We're a family run business located in the south of England & specialise in motorcycle performance parts & carbon fibre.  Our main aim is to provide our customers with high-quality performance parts from the best manufacturers the industry has to offer.

We have many years experience with superbikes & apparel having worked closely with manufacturers such as Aprilia, Ducati, MV Agusta, Moto Morini, Triumph and Yamaha. A successful business comes from exceptional customer service, the best quality accessories and the best value for the customer. Passion for motorcycles is what inspires us.

Although Conquest Racing Ltd is a small business, we take our responsibilities to our customers, suppliers and the local area seriously. We operate a policy of 100% customer satisfaction, we don’t just say we do. We believe that the growth of our business will come from ensuring that every single customer and supplier has a positive experience with us, creating repeat business and encouraging new business.

We post orders Mon-Fri excluding Sundays and UK Bank Holidays, via Royal Mail Tracked Signed For or International Tracked Signed For other specific items may be shipped by other couriers. We choose to use Royal Mail as they’re very reliable however, this service can take up to 14 working days before the item can be declared as lost in the post for UK customers, for international please see below.

Due to Covid-19 & Brexit receiving parcels from manufacturers now require customs clearance which is now taking longer so please note that we cannot help if a parcel with your item is held in customs and is delayed, this can take around 14 days extra on the delivery times provided below.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please allow up to 28 days from the last tracking update before the item is considered lost. Conquest Racing Ltd cannot be held responsible for any customs duty having to be paid by the purchaser, if you are unsure about import duty to your country please seek the right information before purchasing.

SHIPPING COSTS: We only charge what we feel is the minimum rate acceptable, the cost isn't just calculated on the price set by our couriers but also the cost of packaging and transport.

RETURNS: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we agree to refund you in full upon receipt of the returned item or replace it within a period of 14 days by prior agreement. Postage costs may also be refunded once a case is reviewed. Please see the Terms & Conditions for further information. If the product is purchased incorrectly or returned to us with no fault then a 20% restocking fee may apply.

FEEDBACK: We really appreciate your business and hope you are delighted with your new purchase. Each product brand distributed by Conquest Racing Ltd (CR) has specific warranty conditions and terms – full details by product brand available upon request. CR also issue overriding warranty guidelines set out below;

CR does not warrant against failure or damage due to misuse such as, but not limited to incorrect installation, poor maintenance, abuse or neglect, using the product for something other than its intended purpose, alteration of the product unless expressly permitted in writing by CR.

CR does not cover general wear and tear, corrosion and/or deterioration caused by material fatigue defined as the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use.

CR Reserve the right to repair/replace any defective part under warranty.

Warranty is non transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims.

Any item that is repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original part.

Competition, and race usage or activities other than those for which the component has been designed will greatly reduce its useful life and is not covered under warranty.

Costs incurred as a result of loss of use, as well as labour charges for part replacement or changeovers are not covered.

If near the end of a given warranty period and a repair/replacement is not possible CR reserve the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value (colour may vary) or a partial refund proportional to the remaining life of the product.

Always install, repair and use your product in strict compliance with the product's instructions; failure to do so might damage the products and cause a serious accident.

Payment: We require 100% payment for the whole price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once accepted your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between you and Conquest Racing Ltd. Acceptance of this contract will occur upon clearance of your payment with us. We reserve the right to refund any payment and cancel the contract should an item be deemed unfit for sale or out of stock.

Returns: You have the rights (distance selling act) to return any goods delivered to you within 14 days of purchase, at your own cost and risk. We do advise to send all items as sent to you recorded signed for. Any further loss or damage to an item sent by you is solely your responsibility. Any sum debited to us from your chosen payment method will be re-credited back to the account debited. As soon as the returned goods in question are returned to us in the same condition as they were sent out. If the product is purchased incorrectly or returned to us with no fault then a 20% restocking fee may apply. RETURN POLICY APPLIES TO ANY UNUSED MERCHANDISE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION & PACKAGING. RETURN POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO USED OR UNSEALED PRODUCTS (FOR EXAMPLE YOU CAN'T TRY AN EXHAUST ON YOUR BIKE, RIDE IT AND COMPLAIN IT'S TOO LOUD OR FIT A SET OF REARSETS, DO A TRACK DAY AND DECIDE THEY'RE NOT FOR YOU).

Delivery: We will dispatch the ordered goods to you as soon as is it is possible to the address you provided at the time you make your order (for further information with "available on back order" items please see "how long will it take to receive my order" above). We cannot be held responsible If an item is delayed through the postal service for whatever reason. All items purchased from Conquest Racing Ltd will be posted out using either Royal Mail 'Signed for' or 'International Signed for' services.

Liability: No Liability whatsoever can be taken for any damage or injury caused that has resulted from a component sold by us being fitted or supplied. If there is an issue with the fitment or a fault with an item simply return it to us for a full refund (see section 2, Returns). We are more than happy to offer help and advice should you need it (see contact us page). Conquest Racing Ltd will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our products found on this site, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. Conquest Racing Ltd will not be held responsible for any part fitted by any third party or cost to the purchaser if in doubt please seek to advise and costs from a qualified fitter before purchase.

The DPA & GDPR May 2018

We and this website complies to the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and already complies to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which comes into affect from May 2018. We will update this policy accordingly after the completion of the UK's exit from the European Union.

Conquest Racing Ltd accounts require a username and password to log in. You must keep your username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. Account passwords are encrypted, which means we cannot see your passwords. We cannot resend forgotten passwords either. We will only reset them.

COMPLIANCE
