The S1 full exhaust system designed for the new Triumph Street Triple 765 R – RS is a culmination of SC-Project’s expertise in the Moto2 World Championship. This system has been meticulously engineered to deliver superior performance and enhance the agility of the Triumph Street Triple 765 R – RS. It achieves a remarkable weight reduction of over 55% in comparison to the original exhaust system and yields an impressive performance increase of 6.0 hp at 10500 rpm and 4.0 Nm at 10500 rpm.

The S1 silencer boasts a striking yet refined design, accentuated by an exclusive riveted aluminium plate featuring the SC-Project logo. Upon ignition, the silencer’s conical shape produces robust and resonant notes, emblematic of the SC-Project signature sound.

To facilitate customization, the muffler is furnished with a removable baffle, offering the flexibility of a sound output at 110 dB with the dB-killer installed, or a louder 114 dB without the dB-killer.

The exhaust system is crafted entirely from AISI 304 Stainless Steel, ensuring optimal durability and resilience. Employing advanced manufacturing techniques, including precision TIG welds and internally machined solid block bushings, it reflects SC-Project’s unwavering commitment to quality.

The installation process is straightforward and requires no modifications. However, ECU remapping is advised to unlock the system’s full performance potential.
