This exhaust system is specifically designed for the new Triumph Street Triple 765 R – RS and draws upon the expertise of SC-Project Reparto Corse in the Moto2 World Championship. The system aims to optimise performance and enhance the agility of the Triumph Street Triple 765 R – RS, achieving a substantial 65% reduction in weight compared to the original exhaust system, along with a notable performance increase of 7.8 hp at 10500 rpm and 5.3 Nm at 10500 rpm.

A comprehensive sound experience has been prioritized without compromise in order to fully appreciate the capabilities of the 3-cylinder engine. The CR-T muffler, featuring a substantial outlet and an exclusive stone guard grid, produces an impressive 117 dB of authentic Moto2 sound, promising an exhilarating auditory experience.

The headers are constructed with AISI 304 Stainless Steel, ensuring optimal resistance and durability. The CR-T muffler is offered in titanium or carbon fibre, each accompanied by an exclusive aluminium plate bearing the SC-Project logo. Leveraging advanced manufacturing techniques such as handcrafted TIG weldings and CNC-machined internal bushings, this product reflects SC-Project’s commitment to excellence.

The installation process is seamless and requires no additional modifications; however, ECU remapping is recommended to maximize performance.
