SC-Project has leveraged its expertise in the Moto2 World Championship to engineer the SC1-S full exhaust system tailored for the Triumph Street Triple 765 R—RS. This system is meticulously crafted to optimise performance, manoeuvrability, and acoustics. Notably, it achieves a weight reduction exceeding 50% compared to the OEM system and delivers a noteworthy performance enhancement of 5.0 hp at 10500 rpm and 3.5 Nm at 10500 rpm without the dB-killer.

The silencer is furnished with a detachable baffle, offering riders the choice between a compliant 104 dB sound level with the dB-killer and a more resonant 108 dB without it. The headers, constructed from AISI 304 Stainless Steel, embody durability. The SC1-S muffler is available in titanium or carbon fibre variants, each featuring an exclusive riveted aluminium plate adorned with the SC-Project logo.

The SC1-S muffler’s refined body, complemented by its sporty design and asymmetric rhomboidal outlet shape, harmonises elegance with balanced design and dimensions. Furthermore, the kit encompasses a high-quality carbon fibre heat shield, and its installation is seamlessly plug-and-play. However, optimal performance necessitates ECU remapping.
