SC Project Exhaust Triumph Tiger Sport 800 Rally Raid Titanium Silencer 2025+
Born in the toughest rally competitions, the Rally Raid muffler brings SC-Project’s off-road racing expertise to the Triumph Tiger Sport 800.
On this bike, it delivers up to 1.5 hp and 1.2 Nm of additional torque at 9000 rpm, with a steady boost in power and torque across the low and mid range.
True to SC-Project’s signature, sound development was key: the three‑cylinder engine gains a deeper, more aggressive tone while remaining fully Euro 5+ compliant.
The silencer body is made from high-quality titanium with a distinctive 60 mm end cap inspired by hardcore off-road use. All components are TIG-welded using advanced processes for durability, quality, and performance, and an aluminium riveted plate with a 3D-embossed SC-Project logo matches our Racing Department components.
The kit includes a dedicated carbon fibre heat shield for a premium, aggressive look. Installation is plug and play, with no ECU remapping required, and the silencer remains compatible with OEM side cases.
