SC Project Exhaust Triumph Tiger 850 Rally Raid Titanium Silencer 2021+
Have your Triumph look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.
Clearly inspired by dusty deserts, the Rally Raid muffler is the result of SC-Project’s experience in the most extreme off-road competitions. The materials used, the production process, global manufacturing precision, and even the design and volume of this silencer have all been calculated and tested to be a real benchmark for multi-purpose bikes like the Triumph Tiger 850.
The Rally Raid silencer is entirely manufactured from high-quality titanium and features a distinctive, aggressive end cap that reflects its intense off-road vocation. All the technical solutions adopted for this product have been tested worldwide during long-distance trips in the harshest conditions, both on road and, especially, off road. All components are TIG welded (in a protected environment), and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block. Excellent fitment, premium materials, and advanced production technologies ensure outstanding durability, quality, and performance.
Everything has been developed to deliver a superb sound experience. For this application, the muffler is equipped with a removable dB-killer: the noise level with dB-killer is 93 dB; without dB-killer it is 97 dB @ 4375 rpm. The sound of the 3-cylinder engine combined with the SC-Project tone is simply thrilling.
For the Triumph Tiger 850, the Rally Raid muffler significantly reduces weight (−57% compared with the OEM exhaust) and delivers a maximum gain of 2.1 hp and 2.5 Nm of torque @ 8800 rpm, along with a consistent improvement in power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.
Installation is plug-and-play; ECU remapping is not required. This silencer is compatible with OEM side cases and is supplied with a premium carbon fibre heat shield.
