Have your Triumph look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.
The X-Plorer II silencer is the result of SC-Project’s R&D efforts for riders who want elegance and refinement on a maxi-enduro such as the Triumph Tiger 850. Available with a titanium or carbon-fiber outer sleeve, this streamlined exhaust has been developed in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations. The carbon-fibre end cap blends perfectly with the profile of the muffler body.
The X-Plorer II muffler is made from high-quality titanium and incorporates technical solutions tested around the world over long-distance journeys in the most demanding conditions, on road and particularly off-road. All titanium and AISI 304 stainless-steel components are TIG-welded in a protected environment, and the internal bushings are CNC-machined from solid billet. Precision fitment, premium materials, and advanced manufacturing processes ensure maximum durability, quality, and performance.
On the Triumph Tiger 850, the X-Plorer II delivers a substantial weight reduction (50% lighter than the OEM exhaust) and a maximum gain of 1.1 hp and 1.3 Nm of torque at 6,250 rpm, along with a consistent increase in power and torque throughout the low and mid range. Everything has been engineered to deliver an excellent sound experience while remaining fully Euro 5 compliant.
Installation is plug-and-play, with no ECU remapping required. The silencer is compatible with OEM side cases and is supplied with a premium carbon-fibre heat shield.
Options available: titanium or carbon-fiber muffler outer sleeve.
