Specifically designed, tested, and engineered to complement the look of modern multipurpose and maxi-enduro bikes, SC-Project developed the Adventure muffler for the Triumph Tiger 850 in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.

The Adventure silencer is manufactured from high-quality titanium and features a carbon-fibre end cap, autoclave-made, with a distinctive dual outlet. All technical solutions and the overall design of this muffler have been tested worldwide on long-distance journeys in the most demanding conditions, both on-road and especially off-road. All titanium and AISI 304 stainless-steel components are TIG-welded in a protected environment, and the internal bushings are CNC-machined from solid block. Excellent fit, premium materials, and advanced production processes ensure outstanding durability, quality, and performance.

On the Triumph Tiger 850, the Adventure muffler delivers a substantial weight reduction (–44% compared to the OEM exhaust) and a peak gain of 1.1 hp and 1.3 Nm of torque at 6100 rpm, along with a consistent increase in power and torque throughout the low and mid range.

Installation is completely plug-and-play, with no ECU remapping required. This silencer is compatible with OEM side cases and is supplied with a high-quality carbon-fibre heat shield.
