Quality and performance since 1969

Founded in 1969 by Mr Luigi Termignoni, TERMIGNONI S.p.A. is a Company that designs and creates motorbike exhaust systems for race and road use at the highest levels. The experience gained over the years on the race tracks has also been applied to aftermarket products, delivering high-level performance. The company’s objective is to develop exhaust systems that consistently improve performance in terms of power and/or weight. The R&D department that creates the racing exhaust systems for MotoGP, Moto2 and SBK, is the same department that creates them for the aftermarket.

Industrial production with quality craft

The 50 employees operate in a new and modern building of 7.000 square meters located in Predosa (AL), a small town with a strategic position, only one hour by car from three of the main cities in northern Italy: Turin, Milan and Genoa. The exhaust systems are all created from the technical project through the final shipment at TERMIGNONI, using materials such as Stainless Steel, Alloy, Carbon, Titanium, and Inconel (Inconel is used only for some racing products). The quality of the TERMIGNONI production offered to all customers, racing teams, and common bikers is always the best.

Tech

To offer quality products, TERMIGNONI uses the most recent technologies. MIG and TIG welding, Dynojet dynamometers with a ventilation system to simulate air speeds near 300 km/h, 3D laser cutting with a robot, 2D-3D CAD system designs, and a 3D profile detector.

R&D From the track to the road, the R&D Department create the prototypes of the exhaust systems for the racing and the aftermarket. The Racing Department and the Production Department begin processing based on the technical information received from the R&D Department.
