Have your Triumph look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.
The X-Plorer II silencer is the result of SC-Project’s R&D department, created for riders who demand elegance and refinement even on a maxi-enduro like the Triumph Tiger 900. Available with a titanium or carbon fiber outer sleeve, this streamlined exhaust has been developed in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations. The carbon fibre end cap is perfectly in harmony with the muffler body, enhancing both style and aerodynamics.
The X-Plorer II muffler is made from high-quality titanium and incorporates technical solutions tested worldwide over very long-distance journeys in the most severe conditions, on road and especially off-road. All titanium and AISI 304 stainless steel components are TIG welded in a protected environment, and the internal bushings are CNC-machined from solid block. Precise fitment, premium materials, and advanced production processes ensure maximum durability, quality, and performance.
On the Triumph Tiger 900, the X-Plorer II delivers a significant weight reduction—up to 50% compared to the OEM exhaust—along with a peak gain of 1.1 hp and 1.3 Nm of torque at 6,250 rpm. Power and torque delivery are consistently improved across the low and mid range. Everything has been engineered to provide a superb sound experience while remaining fully Euro 5 compliant.
Installation is completely plug-and-play, with no ECU remapping required. The silencer is compatible with the OEM side cases and is supplied with a premium carbon fiber heat shield.
Available options: outer muffler sleeve in titanium or carbon fibre.
