After more than a year of dedicated work, we have successfully tested a range of motorcycles to achieve the desired outcome. Our caliper brake intake coolers are constructed from two distinct metals to enhance brake pad and caliper cooling. The main body of the coolers is crafted from exclusive thermal steel with exceptional heat conductivity. We precision-cut and machine the material using lasers in our workshops. The slots within the body serve a dual purpose: to minimize contact surface area and to vent the hot air that builds up inside the brake piston cavity. This helps to reduce the hot chamber effect and the spread of heat throughout the piston and oil.

The steel sink is connected to a light alloy heatsink made from specialized aluminium with high thermal conductivity, which facilitates the process of heat dissipation. Our tests have demonstrated that the brake pad temperature can be lowered by as much as 20 degrees, resulting in superior braking performance and increased safety.

Using advanced data acquisition tools and heat cameras, we experimented with various configurations and materials to analyze heat propagation in the brake caliper and pad at different points. We thoroughly tested the product for over 500 hours on the circuit and drove 20,000 km on the road. Our team meticulously tested the product on six motorcycles under different usage conditions, and we have identified configurations that we believe provide the best balance of efficiency, weight, cost, and installation ease.
