This full exhaust system has been developed to deliver maximum performance and significantly improve the agility of the Yamaha MT‑09 (SP), thanks to a remarkable weight reduction of over 50% compared to the original exhaust system and an impressive performance gain of 4.0 hp at 9,500 rpm and 2.3 Nm at 9,500 rpm.

To let you enjoy every single beat of the 3‑cylinder engine, we designed this full system following the principle of “sound without compromise.” Thanks to the large outlet of the CR‑T muffler, you’ll experience an astonishing 115 dB at 5,000 rpm, sending shivers down your spine at every twist of the throttle.

The headers are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel to ensure excellent strength and durability. The CR‑T muffler is made from high‑quality carbon fibre and is complemented by an exclusive aluminium plate with the SC‑Project logo, just like the exhaust systems used by our Reparto Corse. This product is entirely manufactured in Italy using only the latest technologies, like every SC‑Project exhaust.

Installation of the kit is completely plug‑and‑play and fully reversible. ECU remapping is recommended to achieve optimal performance.

Alongside this kit, we strongly recommend purchasing the SC‑Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover). When the catalytic converter is removed, the bike’s ECU may generate an error. This device has been developed by SC‑Project to correctly manage the removal of the catalytic converter. Extremely easy to install, it simply connects to the OBD socket and automatically handles the error, safely restoring the correct functionality of the on‑board electronic system. It features an LED indicator that shows the current operating status and an OBD cable splitter, allowing you to use it while keeping the OBD connection available for another device.
