This full exhaust system has been developed to deliver maximum performance and noticeably improve the agility of the Yamaha MT-09 (SP), thanks to an exceptional weight reduction of over 40% compared to the original exhaust, and an impressive performance gain of 3.9 hp at 9,500 rpm and 2.2 Nm at 9,500 rpm.

The S1 silencer features a design that combines aggressive character with refined style, further enhanced by the elegant SC-Project laser-engraved logo.

As soon as you start your Yamaha MT-09, the conical silencer rewards you with dark, deep tones – the unmistakable SC-Project signature sound.

For maximum customization, the muffler is equipped with a removable baffle. This solution allows you to choose between 107 dB at 5,000 rpm with the dB-killer installed and a louder 113 dB at 5,000 rpm without the dB-killer.

The exhaust system is constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel to ensure outstanding durability and resistance. It is 100% made in Italy using state-of-the-art technologies, just like every SC-Project product.

Installation of the kit is completely plug-and-play and fully reversible. ECU remapping is recommended to achieve the best possible performance.

With this kit, the purchase of the SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover) is strongly recommended. With the removal of the catalytic converter, the bike’s ECU may generate an error. This device has been developed by SC-Project specifically to correctly manage the removal of the catalytic converter. Extremely easy to install, it connects to the OBD socket and automatically handles the error, safely restoring the correct functionality of the on-board electronic system. It features an LED indicator that shows the current operating status and an OBD cable splitter, allowing you to keep the OBD connection available for another device.
