Clearly inspired by dusty deserts, the Rally Raid muffler is the result of SC-Project’s experience in the most extreme off-road competitions. The materials used, the production process, the overall manufacturing precision, and even the design and volume of this silencer have been calculated and tested to make it a true benchmark for multi‑purpose bikes like the Triumph Tiger 900.

The Rally Raid silencer is manufactured entirely from high‑quality titanium and features a distinctive, aggressive end cap that evokes intense off‑road use. All the technical solutions applied to this product have been tested worldwide during very long‑distance trips in the most severe conditions, both on road and especially off road. All components are TIG‑welded in a protected environment, and the internal bushings are CNC‑machined from solid block. Excellent fitment, top‑quality materials, and advanced production processes ensure outstanding durability, quality, and performance.

Everything has been developed to offer a superb sound experience. For this application, the muffler comes with a removable dB‑killer: the noise level with the dB‑killer installed is 93 dB, and 97 dB without the dB‑killer, both measured at 4375 rpm. The sound of the three‑cylinder engine combined with the SC‑Project tone is simply thrilling.

For the Triumph Tiger 900, the Rally Raid muffler provides a weight saving of 57% compared to the OEM exhaust, and delivers a maximum gain of 2.1 hp and 2.5 Nm of torque at 8800 rpm, along with a consistent improvement in power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

Installation is plug‑and‑play, with no ECU remapping required. This silencer is compatible with the OEM side cases and includes a premium carbon fibre heat shield.
