Inspired by the world’s toughest desert rallies, the Rally Raid muffler is the result of SC-Project’s off-road racing experience. Every detail—materials, production, and internal volume—has been engineered for multi-purpose bikes like the Moto Morini X-Cape, with full Euro 5 compliance.

Made from high-quality titanium, it features a distinctive, aggressive end cap and components TIG-welded in a protected environment. Internal bushings are CNC-machined from solid stock, ensuring precise fit, durability, and high performance.

On the Moto Morini X-Cape, the Rally Raid muffler features an aggressive high-mount configuration and delivers up to 1.5 hp and 1.5 Nm of torque at 7,200 rpm, with stronger low- and mid-range response and a thrilling yet Euro 5–compliant sound.

Installation is 100% plug-and-play, and the kit includes a carbon-fibre heat shield.
