Born from the partnership between Moto Morini and SC-Project, the new Rally-S silencer perfectly combines many key features and is the result of extensive testing.

The aesthetics of the muffler are clearly inspired by dusty deserts. The materials used, the production process, the overall manufacturing precision, and even the compact dimensions of this silencer have all been developed and tested to provide the best solution for the Moto Morini X-Cape.

The muffler’s outer sleeve is made from lightweight titanium, and the outlet features a generous and aggressive 60 mm round exit. Great attention has been dedicated to the “voice” of the exhaust, delivering a deeper and more vivid sound experience in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations. Performance gains are consistent and stable across the entire engine range, with a maximum increase of +2.0 Nm @ 7200 rpm and +1.8 hp @ 7200 rpm.

The visual impact of this exhaust is outstanding: every detail has been developed, tested, approved, and manufactured to allow the installation of the original side cases and to be fully compatible with the original license plate holder and LED turn signals. The Rally-S silencer is 100% Made in Italy in the SC-Project factory. The product features an elegant laser-engraved co-branded logo and comes with a Euro 5 homologation certificate.

Installation is completely plug-and-play and is covered by the official Moto Morini warranty. The product is available exclusively through official Moto Morini dealers.
