Developed by the SC-Project Race Department for the Aprilia Tuareg 660, the SC-Project headers kit is the result of intensive research and testing. CNC-machined solid titanium bushings ensure precise fitment, easier installation, and improved exhaust performance.

Removing the original catalytic converter reduces weight and operating temperature, while delivering a deep, race-inspired sound. Performance without compromise.

The kit is fully compatible with, and optimized for, the SC-Project product range.

Note: this racing headers kit does not comply with Euro 5+ homologation regulations. ECU remapping is recommended.

Available options: ultralight titanium or stainless steel.

For best results, SC-Project strongly recommends the SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover). When the catalytic converter is removed, the bike’s ECU may register an error. The ECR+ connects to the OBD socket and automatically manages this, safely restoring correct operation of the onboard electronic system. It includes an LED status indicator and an OBD cable splitter so the OBD port remains available for another device. You will find it in the related products section.
