Have your Aprilia look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.

Clearly inspired by dusty desert rallies, the Rally Raid muffler is the result of SC-Project’s extensive experience in the most extreme off-road competitions. Every aspect – from the materials and production process to the precision of the manufacturing, the design, and the volume of the silencer – has been calculated and tested to set a new benchmark for multi-purpose and off-road motorcycles such as the Aprilia Tuareg 660, while remaining fully compliant with Euro 5+ regulations.

The muffler outlet features an oversized 60 mm exit diameter. The frame mounting bracket is engineered and manufactured to withstand the most demanding use and conditions. Each junction is made with CNC-machined bushings, produced from a solid block with a male-female system to ensure precise, rapid assembly with no loss of pressure or exhaust gases.

The Rally Raid silencer is finished with a premium aluminium badge featuring the SC-Project logo, identical to the one used on official racing exhausts produced by the SC-Project Reparto Corse division.

As a slip-on system, this product can be installed in combination with SC-Project racing headers (available as an accessory). Please note: installing racing headers does not comply with Euro 5+ homologation regulations.
