Have your Yamaha look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.

The new Yamaha YZF-R9 is the flagship of the Yamaha R-series, focused on lightness, performance, and riding pleasure. In this spirit, SC-Project has developed a full exhaust system that takes the R9’s dynamics to the next level.

This system cuts weight by an impressive 65% compared to the OEM exhaust, sharpening handling and agility. Power and torque gains reach up to +7.0 hp and +5.5 Nm at 9500 rpm, with stronger, smoother delivery across the low and mid-range.

The headers are made from high-grade titanium with handcrafted TIG welds. The CR-T muffler, in high-quality carbon fibre, features SC-Project’s signature honeycomb mesh outlet and an aluminium riveted plate with a 3D-embossed SC-Project logo, just like our Racing Department components. A dedicated premium carbon fibre heat shield completes the kit.

With its 100% racing-oriented design and unmistakable SC-Project sound, this exhaust becomes a benchmark in its class. The three-cylinder engine note is intensified with deep, aggressive tones, measuring 119 dB at 5000 rpm.

Installation is 100% plug-and-play and fully reversible. ECU remapping is recommended for best performance.

We also strongly recommend the SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover). When the catalytic converter is removed, the bike’s ECU may trigger an error. The ECR+ connects to the OBD socket and automatically manages this, safely restoring proper operation of the on-board electronic system. It includes an LED status indicator and an OBD cable splitter, so the OBD port remains available for another device. You will find it in the related products section.
