Manufactured from extremely durable AISI 304 stainless steel, this full exhaust system delivers a remarkable 35% weight reduction compared to the OEM unit, contributing to significantly improved vehicle dynamics. Performance gains are impressive, with increases of up to 4.2 hp at 9,500 rpm and 3.0 Nm of torque at 9,500 rpm, along with a consistent enhancement in power and torque delivery throughout the low and mid-range.

Every detail has been engineered to provide an authentic SC-Project experience. Through the outlet of the Oval R60 carbon fibre muffler, the sound of Yamaha’s three-cylinder engine is transformed with a deeper, more aggressive tone, delivering 102 dB at 5,000 rpm with the dB-killer installed and a louder 108 dB at 5,000 rpm without the dB-killer.

The aesthetics of this full system are equally outstanding. The CNC-machined round outlet and matt black ceramic coating — developed to withstand extreme temperatures — are true technological highlights.

An exclusive aluminium riveted plate with a 3D-embossed SC-Project logo completes the silencer body, identical to those used by our Racing Department.

Installation is completely plug-and-play and fully reversible. The kit is complemented by a dedicated carbon fibre heat shield. ECU remapping is recommended to achieve optimal performance.

With this kit, the purchase of the SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover) is strongly recommended. Once the catalytic converter is removed, the bike’s ECU may generate an error. This device has been developed by SC-Project to correctly manage the removal of the catalytic converter. Extremely easy to install, it connects to the OBD socket and automatically manages the error, safely restoring correct functionality to the on-board electronic system. It features an LED indicator that shows the current operating status and an OBD cable splitter, allowing you to keep the OBD connection available for another device during use.
