SC Project Exhaust KTM 990 Duke S1 Titanium Silencer 2024+
Have your KTM look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.
Engineered for the KTM 990 Duke, the S1 Racing muffler combines ultra-light construction, premium design, and SC-Project’s signature sound.
It delivers a weight reduction of over 55% (-2.0 kg vs. OEM) and gains of up to 1.5 hp and 1.2 Nm at 8,700 rpm, with smoother power and torque in the low and mid range.
Race-use-only, the S1 silencer includes a removable baffle, offering 98 dB at 4,800 rpm with the dB-killer installed or 102 dB at 4,800 rpm without it.
Its conical titanium body, laser-etched SC-Project logo, carbon-fibre end cap, and handcrafted TIG welds deliver a top-quality finish. The plug & play kit includes a dedicated carbon-fibre heat shield, with no ECU remap required.
