SC Project Exhaust KTM 890 Adventure R X-Plorer II Silencer 2025+
Have your KTM look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.
The X-PLORER II silencer is the SC-Project R&D department’s answer for riders who want elegance and refinement, even on a maxi-enduro bike like the KTM 890 Adventure R. Available in titanium or carbon fibre, this streamlined exhaust has been developed in full compliance with Euro 5+ regulations. The carbon fibre end cap is perfectly in harmony with the shape of the muffler body.
The X-PLORER II muffler is manufactured from high-quality titanium and incorporates technical solutions tested worldwide during very long-distance journeys in a wide range of conditions, both on-road and especially off-road. All titanium and AISI 304 stainless steel components are TIG-welded in a protected environment, and the internal bushings are CNC-machined from solid billet. Excellent fitment, top-quality materials, and advanced production processes ensure maximum durability, quality, and performance.
On the KTM 890 Adventure R, the X-PLORER II muffler achieves a weight saving of 0.8 kg compared to the OEM exhaust and delivers a maximum gain of +1.5 hp and +1.5 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm, along with a consistent increase in power and torque in the low and mid range. Everything has been developed to offer a superb sound experience while remaining fully compliant with Euro 5+ regulations.
The X-PLORER II silencer can also be installed in combination with the SC-Project racing decat, available as an additional option. This racing link pipe allows removal of the original catalytic converter; in this case, we recommend ECU remapping to achieve maximum performance and optimize power delivery. Please note that installation of the racing link pipe does not comply with Euro 5+ homologation regulations.
