SC Project Exhaust Kove 450 Rally – Rally Raid Titanium Silencer 2023+
Have your Kove look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.
Born on the toughest rally stages, the Rally Raid muffler brings SC-Project’s off-road racing know-how to the Kove 450 Rally.
It cuts weight by over 50% (-2.2 kg vs OEM) and delivers up to* 6.0 hp and 4.6 Nm at 8,500 rpm, with a clear boost in low- and mid-range power and torque.
Engineered for a refined yet aggressive sound, it features a removable dB-killer: 95 dB with the dB-killer fitted (louder than OEM but still acceptable) and 103 dB at 4,200 rpm without it.
The silencer is made entirely from high-grade titanium and fitted with a distinctive 60 mm end cap, race-proven in demanding off-road events and long adventure rides. TIG welding in a protected environment and CNC-machined billet bushings ensure precise fit, strength, and long-term performance.
Installation is plug-and-play, with no ECU remap required. An exclusive aluminium SC-Project logo plate completes the premium Reparto Corse look.
*Measured without baffle and with the Kove Official Stage 1 upgrade kit, SC-Project de-cat link pipe, and titanium header (all sold separately).
