SC Project Exhaust Honda CRF1100L Africa Twin Rally Raid Silencer 2024+

Born on the proving ground of the most extreme maxi-enduro competitions, the Rally Raid muffler has been designed and developed to convey SC-Project off-road racing experience into the Honda CRF1100L Africa Twin.

The Rally Raid silencer is totally manufactured with high quality titanium with a very typical and aggressive end cap (diameter 60 mm) which recalls the intense off-road use. All the technical solutions applied on this product have been tested all over the world during extremely tough off-road races and on very long adventure trips in the most several conditions, both on road and especially off road. All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.

For the Honda CRF1100L Africa Twin, the Rally Raid muffler allows an incredible weight reduction of over -50% (-2,8 kg if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain of 2.5 hp at 4200 rpm and 3.5 Nm of torque at 4200 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

Everything has been developed to offer a superbe sound experience, for this application the muffler comes with removable dB-killer: the noise level with dB-killer is 96.5 dB, which is louder than the OEM exhaust but anyway acceptable / w-out dB-killer is 99 dB at 3700 rpm.

The installation is plug and play, ECU remapping is not necessary. This silencer comes with a precious carbon fibre heat shield and is enriched by an exclusive aluminium plate with SC-Project logo.
