SC Project Exhaust Harley Davidson Pan America 1250 Silencer 2020-2025
Have your Harley Davidson look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.
Engineered specifically for the Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250, the SC-Project Adventure muffler is a Euro 5–compliant titanium silencer with an autoclave-made carbon-fiber end cap and distinctive double outlet. All titanium and AISI 304 stainless-steel parts are TIG-welded, with CNC-machined billet bushings for durability, precise fitment, and high performance.
Compared to the OEM exhaust, it saves 1.1 kg and delivers up to +1.5 hp and +1.1 Nm at 7700 rpm, with a strong boost in low and mid-range power. Available in natural titanium or ceramic matte-black, it can also be paired with an optional racing link pipe (non–Euro 5 compliant) that removes the compensator while retaining the original catalyst for a more engaging sound on long-distance rides.
