The new Rally-X exhaust silencer, developed by SC-Project, is designed to enhance the off-road spirit of the BMW R 1300 GS. This exhaust silencer has been engineered using the experience gained from extreme rally competitions.

The Rally-X exhaust silencer is a short, compact and aggressive version (250 mm in length). It is manufactured using high-quality titanium with a slightly conical shape that complements the aerodynamic design of the BMW R 1300 GS. The silencer’s design also perfectly matches the OEM heat shield. The aggressive end cap has a generous diameter output that is reminiscent of the off-road racing world.

The materials used in the production of the exhaust silencer, along with its design and volume, have been tested and calculated to provide durability for multi-purpose bikes like the BMW R 1300 GS. The exhaust silencer is fully compliant with Euro 5 regulations.

The Rally-X exhaust silencer has undergone extensive testing all over the world during long-distance trips in various conditions, both on and off-road. The components are welded with TIG technology in a protected environment, and the internal bushings are CNC machined from a solid block. The exhaust silencer provides excellent couplings, top-quality materials, and high-technology production processes to ensure durability, quality, and a superb sound experience.

The installation of the Rally-X exhaust silencer is plug-and-play, and ECU remapping is not necessary. This exhaust silencer is also suitable with OEM side cases. It also features an exclusive aluminium plate with the SC-Project logo, just like the exhaust systems of SC-Project Reparto Corse.
