The new Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4 2021–2022 are benchmarks in their class, and their racing DNA is perfectly matched by the SC1-R muffler – the flagship of the SC-Project range.

Developed with Aprilia Racing, the SC1-R delivers top performance and technology for the 1,100 cc hypersport engines from Noale. Its exclusive valve system, derived from MotoGP and WSBK, ensures full Euro 5 compliance while still boosting performance.

The SC1-R offers a torque gain of +1.4 Nm at 7,500 rpm and a power increase of +1.8 hp at 13,000 rpm, with improvements across 5,000–13,000 rpm. It also cuts weight by 20% versus the OEM exhaust, setting a new benchmark for homologated V4 systems.

A hydroformed outlet pipe, titanium outer body, and rhomboidal carbon fiber end cap give the SC1-R an aggressive, sporty look. High-quality T.I.G. welds, high‑temperature sound-absorbing material, and CNC-machined bushings complete the premium build. The valve system works with the original ECU and wiring for true plug-and-play installation, with no remapping required. A specific carbon fiber heat shield is included.
