Have your Aprilia RSV4 look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.

The new Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4 set the benchmark in their class, and the SC-Project SC1-R muffler is engineered to match their racing DNA. Developed with Aprilia Racing for 1,100 cc hypersport engines, the SC1-R delivers a 55% weight reduction versus the stock exhaust and is available with a titanium or carbon-fiber outer body.

In 300 mm length for an aggressive, race-ready look, it includes a full-titanium link pipe that removes the OEM exhaust valve and a carbon-fiber heat shield. Sound levels are track-suitable: 104 dB at 6,500 rpm with dB-killer, 109 dB without, with a removable baffle for race use.

Performance gains are significant across the entire rev range: up to +6.5 Nm of torque and +7.0 hp without the baffle. The SC1-R combines racing performance, premium materials, and a deep, unmistakable exhaust note – true racing music for RSV4 and Tuono V4 owners.
