The 2021–2022 Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4 are true benchmarks in their class, and their racing DNA is perfectly matched by the SC1-R muffler – the flagship of the SC-Project range.

Developed with Aprilia Racing for SBK and STK use, the SC1-R delivers top-level performance and premium construction for the 1,100 cc engines from Noale. The 350 mm silencer and full titanium racing link pipe allow removal of the OEM exhaust valve, cut weight by 43% versus the stock exhaust, and give the bike a sharper, more aggressive look.

Noise levels remain track-acceptable at 102 dB @ 6500 rpm with the dB-killer and 104 dB without. The removable dB-killer, hydro formed exit pipe, and rhomboidal carbon fiber end cap make the SC1-R the ideal slip-on, available with a titanium or carbon fiber outer body.

High-end details include T.I.G. welds in a protected environment, high-temperature packing, and CNC-machined bushings. Installation is plug-and-play, though ECU remapping is recommended for best results. The kit includes a carbon fiber heat shield, racing bracket (for passenger footpeg removal), and full titanium link pipe.

Performance gains are significant: with the baffle, +5.1 Nm and +5.8 hp @ 7700 rpm; without it, +6.5 Nm and +7.0 hp @ 8000 rpm. Benefits are felt from 3,000 to 13,000 rpm, delivering stronger performance and a deep, thrilling racing soundtrack for Aprilia enthusiasts.
