The new Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4 are benchmarks in their class, and their pure racing DNA pairs perfectly with the SC1-R muffler—the flagship of the SC-Project range for performance and technology.

Developed in close collaboration with Aprilia Racing, the SC1-R is engineered specifically for Noale’s 1,100 cc hypersport engines. The compact 300 mm silencer delivers an aggressive racing look and allows removal of the OEM exhaust valve, thanks to the full-titanium racing link pipe included in the kit.

This setup cuts weight by an impressive 55% compared to the stock exhaust while keeping noise within track limits: 104 dB at 6,500 rpm with the dB-killer, 109 dB without. For race use, the dB-killer is removable. A hydroformed exit pipe and rhomboidal, asymmetric carbon-fiber end cap underline its racing character. The outer body is available in titanium or carbon fiber.

High-quality T.I.G. welds, high-temperature-resistant packing, and CNC-machined bushings ensure top-level durability and finish. Installation is plug and play; ECU remapping is recommended to optimize power delivery. The kit includes a dedicated carbon-fiber heat shield, a racing bracket to remove the passenger footpeg, and a full-titanium link pipe.

With the baffle installed, the SC1-R delivers gains of +5.1 Nm and +5.8 hp at 7,700 rpm. Without the baffle, torque increases by +6.5 Nm and power by +7.0 hp at 8,000 rpm, with improvements spread across 3,000–13,000 rpm. The result is lighter weight, more performance, and a deep, visceral racing soundtrack for Aprilia enthusiasts.
