Have your Aprilia RSV4 look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.

The SC-Project S1 muffler is designed to deliver maximum lightness, race-inspired design, and uncompromising sound for the Aprilia RSV4.

Its conical shape and clean lines set a benchmark for both aesthetics and sound, while the ultra-light titanium body, hand-TIG-welded construction, and carbon-fiber end cap give a premium racing look.

The S1 offers an exceptional weight reduction of over 85% compared to the OEM exhaust, a power gain of 5.0 hp and 3.5 Nm at 10,000 rpm, and a consistent increase in power and torque across the low and mid range.

On start-up, the RSV4 is rewarded with a strong, deep exhaust note—108 dB at 6,700 rpm—with the unmistakable SC-Project signature sound. An elegant laser-etched SC-Project logo completes the look.

The S1 slip-on requires removal of the original exhaust valve but is 100% plug-and-play. ECU remapping is recommended to fully optimize engine performance.
