Slip-on mufflers are traditionally the first step in the tuning process.

Within SC-Project’s range, the S1 muffler is the ideal mix of lightness, design, and uncompromising sound, especially for Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4 racing applications.

Its conical shape, clean lines, and carbon-fibre end cap make the S1 a benchmark for style and sound. The ultra-light titanium sleeve, hand-crafted T.I.G. welds, and precise carbon details give the bike a premium, race-inspired look.

When you fire up the Noale-built V4, the deep, powerful tone of the SC-Project S1 exhaust delivers an unforgettable sound.

Installing the S1 slip-on requires removal of the original exhaust valve and saves 3.3 kg – about 60% less weight than the stock exhaust. The kit includes a dedicated bracket for plug-and-play installation, and ECU remapping is recommended for optimal performance.
