The full system is the result of the research, development, and design work carried out by the SC-Project R&D department for the Aprilia Racing RS 660 Trophy.

This complete exhaust system, developed specifically for the Aprilia RS 660, is compatible with the original lambda sensor and incorporates top-level technical solutions. It features TIG welds performed in a controlled environment and CNC-machined billet bushings, which ensure perfect fitment, easier installation, and improved performance. The significant weight reduction of the kit enhances the bike’s handling.

The variable-diameter titanium headers deliver a substantial increase in performance, boosting both torque and peak power across the entire rev range. Removing the original catalytic converter also leads to a notable reduction in operating temperatures.

The CR-T muffler, available in both titanium and carbon fibre, provides an unmistakable sound — a true hallmark of the SC-Project range.
