SC Project Exhaust Aprilia RS660 2-1 Stainless Steel Full System Titanium SC1-R Silencer

To ensure that the performance and distinctive sound of the “Trofeo” full system with SC1-R silencer are not compromised, the SC-Project R&D department has developed a EURO 5 approved exhaust system for the Aprilia RS 660.

This full system features a robust pre-chamber that aligns with Aprilia’s unique style. Thanks to the catalyst integrated into the pre-chamber, it delivers optimal performance while remaining compliant with European regulations for street use.

The system is available with either a titanium or carbon fibre SC1-R silencer and is crafted with the same precision and technical specifications as the racing version. It features T.I.G. welding performed in a controlled environment and CNC-machined bushings made from solid materials to ensure perfect fittings. Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, it is designed to accommodate the original lambda probes.

Additionally, the kit includes a dedicated carbon fibre protection cover and a single-seat bracket made of black anodised aluminium.
