Have your Aprilia RSV4 look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.

SC-Project drew on its long collaboration with Aprilia Racing to create this full exhaust system, combining race-bred technology with standout design.

Handcrafted TIG welds on the titanium S-shaped link pipe, the tapered S1 titanium silencer, carbon-fibre end cap, and laser-etched SC-Project logo showcase premium craftsmanship.

Compared with the OEM exhaust, this system cuts weight by 40%, adds 3.1 hp at 10,000 rpm, and delivers 3.1 Nm more torque at 6,500 rpm. Variable-diameter titanium headers are tuned for stronger torque and power, especially in the low and mid rpm range.

From the large S1 outlet, the Aprilia twin-cylinder engine produces a dark, loud, race-inspired sound at 114 dB (5,250 rpm).

The kit is plug-and-play and fully reversible. ECU remapping is recommended for optimal performance.

Note: this product does not comply with European road-use regulations.

We strongly recommend pairing it with the SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover) to prevent ECU errors after removing the catalytic converter. The ECR+ connects to the OBD socket, automatically manages the error, and safely restores correct operation. It includes an LED status light and an OBD splitter so the port remains available for another device.
