Have your Aprilia RSV4 look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.

Thanks to a long-term technical partnership with Aprilia Racing, SC-Project has developed this full exhaust system with the iconic CR-T carbon fibre silencer for the Aprilia RS 660 M.Y. 2025.

This system delivers a 50% weight reduction compared to the OEM exhaust, a power gain of 2.9 hp at 8,000 rpm, and a torque increase of 2.6 Nm at 8,000 rpm. Variable-diameter stainless steel headers are engineered to optimise torque and power, especially in the low and mid rpm range.

From the large round outlet of the CR-T, enhanced by a honeycomb grid, the Aprilia twin-cylinder engine produces 114 dB at 5,250 rpm of pure racing sound.

The high-quality carbon fibre silencer body is finished with a premium riveted aluminium SC-Project logo plate, as used on SC-Project Reparto Corse exhausts. Installation is fully plug-and-play and reversible, and the kit includes a dedicated carbon fibre heat shield.

This product does not comply with European regulations for road use; ECU remapping is recommended for optimal performance.

We strongly recommend pairing this kit with the SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover). When the catalytic converter is removed, the bike’s ECU may generate an error. The ECR+ connects to the OBD socket to automatically manage this, restoring correct electronic functionality. It includes an LED status indicator and an OBD cable splitter so you can keep the OBD port available for another device.
