HP Corse Exhaust Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 SP-1 Short Silencer

HP Corse has launched its latest Royal Enfield Himalayan 540 exhaust systems.

The SP-1 SHORT silencer merges technology and power. Its oval body of ultra-light stainless steel features a laser-engraved HP Corse logo. The exhaust includes conical end caps, a smooth outlet achieved through a refined deformation process, and a glossy carbon-covered stainless steel link pipe, ensuring Euro5 approval. Assembly instructions are provided.

Installation with original Royal Enfield side luggage racks is hassle-free using our powder-coated black spacers kit. The REHI45-V frame spacer kit is sold separately.

HP Corse also offers a racing upgrade: a stainless steel central link pipe that removes the Silence Box and a stainless steel De-cat collector for an aggressive sound and improved performance at nearly half the original system’s weight (Original: 7.52 kg; HP Corse: 3.64 kg), with no ECU flashing required.

N.B. The PRIMARY COLLECTOR REHI45-C and CENTRAL LINK PIPE REHI45-D does not meet road compliance/Not for road use.
