Hydroforming is not only the name of a new line of exhaust, but it is also something that goes beyond the rules to get where only the imagination had dared to go. The hydroforming technology is incredibly sophisticated in the formation with high fluid pressure that is that pushes towards joining the plate to the wall of the forming mould. And that is how we managed to get a variable form with an incredible seamless volume.

The end result is a unique product, sinuous, exciting, for a seamless flow of exhaust gases that is absolutely excellent, with an incredibly low thickness of the plate, mechanically rigid and record lightweight. The production of HP CORSE exhausts began in 1993 and now produce about 2000 pieces a year. To ensure that the HP CORSE are truly special, we could not build more of them, we could not take the time to be dedicated to each processing step and we could not control them as we usually control them. It is a penalty that we have to pay in order to maintain the quality standard to the level at which we have arrived with consistency and sacrifice over the years.
