The SC-Project headers kit for the Kawasaki Z900 is the ultimate choice to maximize the performance of the four‑cylinder engine, developed by our R&D Department with a racing-focused approach to unleash the full potential of the Sugomi Queen.

This ultra-lightweight titanium system cuts weight by 65% compared to the OEM exhaust, significantly improving agility, handling, and overall dynamics. Performance increases by +8.8 hp at 10,200 rpm and +7.1 Nm at 8,200 rpm, with optimized exhaust gas flow to boost torque and power especially in the low and mid RPM range.

Built with TIG welding in a controlled environment and CNC-machined billet bushings, it offers precise fitment and easy assembly. Removing the original catalytic converter reduces operating temperatures and delivers a deep, true racing sound. The kit is compatible with and optimized for the full SC-Project product range.

Note: this racing headers kit does not meet Euro 5+ homologation regulations. ECU remapping is recommended.

We strongly recommend pairing this kit with the SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover). When the catalytic converter is removed, the Kawasaki Z900 ECU may generate an error. The ECR+ connects directly to the OBD socket, automatically manages the error, restores proper operation of the on-board electronics, and includes an LED status indicator and OBD splitter so another device can remain connected.
