Have your Triumph look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.

The new STR-1 exhaust is the latest creation from the SC-Project R&D Department and represents a major step forward in tuning the new Triumph Trident 660.

To perfectly complement the aesthetics of bikes originally designed with low-mounted exhausts – often positioned completely under the engine – it was necessary to design and develop a totally new solution. The answer is the innovative STR-1 exhaust.

Great attention has been devoted to optimizing performance and sound, a real “must” for Triumph’s 3-cylinder engines and for all SC-Project products.

The full system for the Trident 660 is made from high‑quality AISI 304 stainless steel, with premium finishes worthy of this bike. All joints feature male/female bushings to ensure a perfect seal, with special TIG welds, handcrafted in a protected environment. The optional black finish is achieved through a special ceramic painting process that resists high temperatures. The dedicated carbon-fiber cover is manufactured using an autoclave process to deliver a unique style and harmonious design.

The STR-1 full system for the Triumph Trident 660 offers a weight saving of 1.2 kg and gains of up to 1.2 hp and 1.0 Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm (compared to the original system), with a noticeable improvement in throttle response and riding experience across the entire rev range, all while fully complying with Euro 5 regulations. No ECU remapping is required.

Installation is plug-and-play and does not require ECU remapping.

For racing use only, the catalytic converter can be removed.

Removing the catalytic converter does not comply with Euro 5 regulations.
