The X-Plorer II GT silencer is the result of SC-Project’s R&D department, developed specifically for maxi-motard bikes such as the KTM 690 SMC R / Enduro R. SC-Project designed this streamlined exhaust to combine cutting-edge performance with a distinctive look. The carbon fiber end cap perfectly matches the profile of the muffler body, which is entirely manufactured from ultra-light titanium.

The X-Plorer II GT muffler is produced using high-quality titanium and incorporates technical solutions tested in the most demanding conditions, both on road and off road. All titanium and SAE 304 stainless steel components are TIG-welded in a protected environment, and the internal bushings are CNC-machined from solid billet. Precise fitment, premium materials, and advanced production processes ensure maximum durability, quality, and performance.

On the KTM 690 SMC R / Enduro R, the X-Plorer II GT muffler delivers a massive 42% weight reduction over the OEM exhaust, significantly improving handling. Performance is further enhanced by an impressive maximum gain of 2.5 hp and 3.0 Nm of torque at 5700 rpm, along with a consistent increase in power and torque throughout the low and mid range.

Every detail has been developed and tuned to deliver a unique, deep sound experience while keeping noise at a reasonable 96 dB at 4000 rpm.

Installation is completely plug-and-play, with no ECU remapping required.
