Inspired by dusty deserts, the RALLY RAID muffler is born from SC-Project’s experience in the toughest off-road competitions.

Every aspect—the materials, production process, precision manufacturing, design, and volume—has been engineered and tested to set a benchmark for multi-purpose bikes like the KTM 890 Adventure R, while remaining fully Euro 5+ compliant.

Made entirely from high-quality titanium, it features a distinctive, aggressive end cap and components TIG-welded in a protected environment. Internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block, ensuring excellent fitment, durability, and performance.

On the KTM 890 Adventure R, the RALLY RAID muffler saves 0.9 kg compared to the OEM exhaust and delivers up to +1.5 hp and +1.6 Nm of torque at 6700 rpm, with a steady increase in power and torque in the low and mid range. It is tuned for a superb sound experience within Euro 5+ regulations.

The RALLY RAID silencer can be paired with the optional SC-Project racing decat. This racing link pipe removes the original catalytic converter; in this setup, we recommend ECU remapping for maximum performance and optimal engine response. This configuration does not comply with Euro 5+ homologation regulations.
