SC Project Exhaust CF Moto 800MT X-Plorer II Silencer 2022-2025
Have your CF Moto look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.
The X-Plorer II silencer is the answer from the SC-Project R&D department for riders who want elegance and refinement, even on a maxi-enduro bike like the CFMOTO 800MT. Developed in cooperation with CFMOTO Italy, this streamlined exhaust has been engineered in full compliance with Euro-5 regulations. The carbon-fibre end cap blends perfectly with the lines of the muffler body, which is available in either titanium or carbon.
The X-Plorer II muffler is manufactured from high-quality titanium and incorporates technical solutions tested worldwide during extremely long-distance journeys in the most demanding conditions, both on-road and especially off-road. All titanium and AISI 304 stainless-steel components are TIG-welded (in a protected environment), and the internal bushings are CNC-machined from solid billet. Precise couplings, premium materials, and advanced production processes ensure maximum durability, quality, and performance.
On the CFMOTO 800MT, the X-Plorer II muffler delivers a weight saving of 1.8 kg compared to the OEM exhaust, along with a significant maximum gain of +2.3 hp and +2.6 Nm of torque at 6,250 rpm. Power and torque delivery are consistently improved across the low and mid range. Everything has been developed to offer a superb sound experience while remaining fully compliant with Euro-5 regulations.
The X-Plorer II silencer can also be installed in combination with the SC-Project racing decat, available as an additional option. This racing link pipe allows removal of the original catalyst. In this configuration, we recommend ECU remapping to achieve maximum performance and to optimize engine delivery. Please note: installation of the racing link pipe does not comply with Euro-5 homologation regulations.
