Inspired by dusty desert rally stages, the Rally Raid muffler is born from SC-Project’s experience in the toughest off-road competitions. Engineered for multi-purpose bikes like the CFMOTO 800MT, it fully complies with Euro 5 regulations.

Manufactured entirely from high-quality titanium, it features a distinctive, aggressive end cap that reflects its off-road DNA. Components are TIG-welded in a protected environment, with CNC-machined solid bushings to ensure precise fitment, maximum durability, and top-level performance in all conditions.

Developed with CFMOTO Italy for the 800MT, the Rally Raid muffler cuts weight by 2.1 kg versus the OEM exhaust and delivers gains of +2.5 hp and +2.7 Nm at 6500 rpm, with stronger power and torque in the low and mid range. It offers an outstanding sound experience while remaining Euro 5 compliant.

The Rally Raid silencer can be combined with the optional SC-Project racing decat link pipe, which removes the original catalyst. For this setup, ECU remapping is recommended to maximize performance and optimize engine response. Note: the racing link pipe does not comply with Euro 5 homologation regulations.
