Have your Aprilia RSV4 look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.

Developed from our long-term partnership with Aprilia Racing, this full exhaust system for the Aprilia RS 660 M.Y. 2025 delivers race-derived performance, reduced weight, and a distinctive racing look.

Compared to the OEM system it cuts weight by over 30%, boosting agility, and adds 3.6 hp and 2.7 Nm at 9,250 rpm. Variable-diameter stainless steel headers are designed to enhance torque and power in the low to mid rpm range.

At its core is the SC1-R, SC-Project’s top-of-the-line silencer, featuring handcrafted TIG welds, a hydroformed asymmetrical outlet, and an aggressive carbon-fibre end cap. A removable baffle lets you choose between 101 dB with the dB-killer installed or 105 dB without.

The lightweight carbon-fibre body is finished with a riveted aluminium SC-Project logo plate, identical to Reparto Corse race systems. Installation is plug-and-play and fully reversible, and the kit includes a dedicated carbon-fibre heat shield. ECU remapping is recommended for best results.

For bikes without a catalytic converter, we strongly recommend the SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover). Connected via the OBD socket, it automatically manages ECU errors, restores correct electronic function, and includes an LED status light plus an OBD splitter for use with another device.
