Have your Aprilia RSV4 look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.

Thanks to a long-term technical partnership with Aprilia Racing, SC-Project has developed this full exhaust system for the Aprilia RS 660 M.Y. 2025, featuring the original and iconic CR-T carbon fibre silencer.

The system delivers a weight reduction of over 60% compared with the OEM exhaust, plus a power increase of 2.9 hp and 2.6 Nm at 8000 rpm. Variable-diameter titanium headers are tuned to improve torque and power, especially in the low and mid RPM range.

From the large round outlet of the CR-T, the Aprilia twin-cylinder produces an unforgettable 115 dB at 5250 rpm of pure racing sound. The carbon fibre silencer body is completed by a premium aluminium riveted plate with the SC-Project logo, identical to the one used on SC-Project Reparto Corse exhausts.

The kit is completely plug and play and fully reversible. ECU remapping is recommended for best performance. This product does not comply with European road-use regulations and is not compatible with passenger footpegs.

We strongly recommend pairing this kit with the SC-Project ECR+ (Electronic Catalytic Remover). It connects to the OBD socket, automatically manages any ECU errors caused by catalytic converter removal, and safely restores correct operation of the on-board electronics. An LED status indicator and OBD cable splitter allow you to keep the OBD connection available for another device. You will find it in the related products section.
