Developed by the SC-Project R&D department for the Aprilia Racing RS 660 Trophy, this full exhaust system for the Aprilia RS 660 is compatible with the original lambda probe and built with top-level solutions such as TIG welding in a controlled environment and CNC-machined billet bushings. These ensure precise fitment, easier assembly, and improved performance.

The lighter kit improves handling, while variable-diameter AISI 304 stainless-steel headers deliver a strong increase in torque and maximum power across the rev range. Removing the original catalyst further reduces operating temperatures.

The CR-T muffler, available in titanium or carbon, provides the unmistakable sound that defines the SC-Project range.
