The SC1-R muffler is the result of SC-Project’s extensive experience in the world’s premier racing championships. Its sharp, dynamic lines enhance the aggressive character of your Aprilia RSV4, making it truly unique and unmistakable.

A hydroformed outlet pipe and asymmetrical rhomboid carbon-fibre end cap give the SC1-R a distinctive racing identity. The lightweight outer body is available in either titanium or carbon-fibre, allowing you to choose the perfect combination of style and performance.

Premium T.I.G. welds, high-temperature-resistant sound-absorbing material, and CNC-machined insert bushings underline the silencer’s high-quality construction and durability.

On the titanium version, the SC-Project logo is laser-etched for a clean, elegant look that preserves the silencer’s sleek lines. On the carbon-fibre version, a riveted SC-Project logo plate replicates the appearance of the mufflers used in top-level competition.

The kit includes all necessary brackets for mounting the silencer either with or without passenger footpegs.The installation of the muffler involves the elimination of the exhaust valve.

Stock muffler: 96 dB
SC muffler with dB-Killer on: 103 dB
SC muffler without dB-Killer: 110 dB
