Have your Aprilia RSV4 look and sound as it should, straight from the factory, with this beautifully designed SC Project exhaust.

The SC-Project S1 muffler is a lightweight, race-focused exhaust developed specifically for the Aprilia Tuono V4, combining sharp design with SC-Project’s signature sound.

Its conical shape, ultra-light titanium sleeve, hand-crafted TIG welds, and carbon fiber end cap deliver a premium look, while the laser-etched SC-Project logo adds a refined finishing touch.

The S1 offers a weight reduction of over 85% compared to the OEM exhaust, a power increase of 3.8 hp and 3.2 Nm at 10,000 rpm, and improved power and torque in the low and mid range, significantly enhancing the Tuono’s agility.

Once started, the Tuono V4 delivers a deep, powerful exhaust note with 104 dB at 6,700 rpm—pure SC-Project sound.

Installation is 100% plug-and-play but requires removal of the original exhaust valve. ECU remapping is recommended for optimal engine performance.
